Dr. Scott Holmes specializes in the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions using Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy or MDT. MDT is a comprehensive approach that has been proven through multiple studies to be  reliable, safe, and effective at reducing pain and improving daily functioning for patients. Dr. Holmes received credentialing in MDT in 2012 as well as attended 18 months of mentorship in Tallahassee, Florida, that emphasized decreasing the need for advanced imaging, procedures, and surgery. His treatment is effective and research based to help you feel and move better, with the goal of staying better. Dr. Holmes offers 1-on-1 individual treatment sessions and follow-up appointments. We utilize simple, effective exercises and hands on manual therapy consisting of joint mobilization when needed. Dr. Holmes also focuses heavily on teaching each patient how to assess their problem, prevention strategies, and how to treat themselves if problems arise in the future..
